Documenting Parentage

From Ancestry . . . Genealogy isn’t just about identifying the names, dates and places associated with our ancestors lives. It is also about documenting the relationships. A weak link from child to parent could mean you end up climbing someone else’s family tree. Join Crista Cowan for a look at records that will help you document these relationships and some best practices for doing so.

Currently I'm researching my Barrett and Barker families in Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi and Florida. Other surnames in my family tree include Link, Gervais, Blake, Henry, Levy and Turnbull (yes, that Turnbull).
